Beauty Tip

Leave conditioner in your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it out. This will make your hair softer and shinier. We suggest putting the conditioner in, and waiting to rinse it out until you’ve lathered up, washed your face, and shaved too.

Spritz hairspray on the roots of your hair — the alcohol in the hairspray is drying and will sop up excess oil. This is good for second-day hair after a blow-out.

After a bath or shower is the best time to moisturize. The moisture will lock into your skin and keep it soft and smooth longer.

Red lipstick is great for a fun night out on the town, but when you are buying your color, make sure to get some guidance. It is very important that you find the right red for you. Red lipstick can be sexy and stunning, but only if the color complements your skin tone. Find the right shade of red for you and paint the town red.

Every women like beauty and me too. I hope this tip will help everybody look better. For man u can tell this tip with your girlfriend. C u!

Daily Health Task List

Now I'm study in master degree and work at Silpakron University. I'm tried and serious in some time. I don't have time for exercise at fitness because I'm busy. But I have trick for myself.

1. Activity should be a daily occurrence. Walk, run or jump for a minimum total of 20 minutes a day.
2. Protect your skin. Sun block should be applied on face, neck, arms and hands even in the dead of winter. It protects against climatic toxins too. Moisturize skin daily.
3. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and other processed foods.
4. Meditate or spend a minimum of five minutes daily in quiet time.
5. Find your spiritual self. Discover what inspires you, raises your level of consciousness, motivates you, and satisfies your soul.
6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, solve problems, and learn new skills. As does the body, the brain atrophies with lack of use.
7. Hug somebody.

I like the last item and U!
