Daily Health Task List

Now I'm study in master degree and work at Silpakron University. I'm tried and serious in some time. I don't have time for exercise at fitness because I'm busy. But I have trick for myself.

1. Activity should be a daily occurrence. Walk, run or jump for a minimum total of 20 minutes a day.
2. Protect your skin. Sun block should be applied on face, neck, arms and hands even in the dead of winter. It protects against climatic toxins too. Moisturize skin daily.
3. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and other processed foods.
4. Meditate or spend a minimum of five minutes daily in quiet time.
5. Find your spiritual self. Discover what inspires you, raises your level of consciousness, motivates you, and satisfies your soul.
6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, solve problems, and learn new skills. As does the body, the brain atrophies with lack of use.
7. Hug somebody.

I do agree with you that we need exercises. I work 7 days a week for nearly 8 weeks. It is really stressful to come to university everyday. Last semester I walked for 45 minutes almost everyday. Nowadays I walk 2 or 3 days a week. I used to swim a lot but now I don't have time.

I do agree with you that we need exercises. I work 6 days a week It is really stressful for me. I ver tried and serious same you. Last time I ever go to fitness center everyday. Nowadays I must stop it bcoz I don't have time. if I have a free time I would like to go bcoz I would like to good health.

I agree with you. I work five day per week and two day for study. If I have a free time, I spent time for relax such as go shopping, foot massage, watering the tree, decorate the house, read a book, watch movie, chat on the internet, etc.

I rarely have time to work out too. So I think one thing that can help is about how to eat. Eating properly food is good for your health. I believe in a proverb like "you are what you eat". Thinking about good thing and prepare your meatal health by doing something relax. Meditation is a good idea to get yourself ready for depression severe. Take care of yourself and explore what your body needs are good thing to be concerned with.

Yes, exercise will help your health. Sometimes I go jogging at Sanamchandra Palace in the evening. I like to go there because it's very beautiful place. When you jogging you will see many wonderfull building and beautiful flowers. Come and join with me.
